Yeats College

Yeats College is a private, co-educational day school with campuses in Galway and Waterford.

This is a great looking site, but with a powerful engine. The website allows the college take online applications for its popular Christmas and Easter revision courses. This page is an example of one of the custom forms used to take the entries. This ties back to the Ubercart shoping cart system behind the scenes.

This proved very popular, and the college ended up taking the majority of its applications online, as opposed to its paper based system which it still offers.
